Shipping

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

For your order to be shipped the same day, it must be placed, checked and confirmed before 12:30 p.m.

Beyond this time, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed via the official Botaneo online store are delivered to Europe (and Switzerland) only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the French Overseas Territories.

The delivery times indicated are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a commitment on the part of Botaneo.

Botaneo will implement all means at its disposal to respect the delivery times communicated to the customer. However, the latter may not under any circumstances claim damages due to a delay in delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

In the event of an error on our part when processing your order, the return of the damaged product and/or the shipment of the product to correct the situation will be carried out free of charge.

In the event that you wish to return a product corresponding to your initial order in order to obtain a refund, you will then have to cover the associated transport costs.
